Lots of high level competition this month for some of our players here in Shankill. Alicia caused double trouble winning back to back Tour 1000 events in Carrickmines and Lansdowne. Nel Berdychowska won both singles and doubles events with her partner Scarlett Foley. Nel also represented team Ireland against Australia in the National Tennis Centre in DCU, in an international friendly tournament. Great also to see that Marta Rodríguez Machado, who headed home to Tenerife in June is back to winning ways on the Spanish circuit.
